Board Meetings
The Association Board Meeting are held the second Wednesday of each month. The next meeting is scheduled for February 10, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at the community pool, on-site.
Owners are welcome to attend and may address the Board during Homeowner Forum.
Common Area Reminder
It recently came to the Board's attention that one of the landscape weather poles was broken when a child was playing with the equipment.
The Board would like to remind residents that the landscape equipment should not be played or tampered with as these components are expensive
to replace and are important to our landscape being irrigated and maintained appropriately. Also, please make sure that all other common area
amenities are only used to their designed capacity. Misuse, even if it doesn't break or damage the items, can result in advanced deterioration
of the components which affects reserve funding and expenditure schedules. And as always, please supervise children when they are playing in the
common areas. The Board wants to keep our community looking its very best and your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
New Management
As previously mailed out in December, our Management Company changed to Menas Realty Co. as of January 1, 2010. Our Manager is Becky Burchard
